New Clients Payment Policy
If you wish to book your first session, you can secure your appointment by completing a payment via phone by calling 0778 859 5021. You will be given a receipt on the day of your appointment. Please note, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Westminster Psychotherapy Ltd is flexible which means that you if you need to cancel your appointment you can change it up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after the 24-hour cancellation policy will not be granted a refund of payment made for that cancelled session. Refunds will be granted if Westminster Psychotherapy is notified in writing to info@citips.co.uk that the clients does not wishes to reschedule another appointment up to 24 hours before the booked appointment. The refund is made by cheque regardless of the original payment method.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Debit and credit cards payments are available over the phone and for face-to-face transactions.
- Cash and bank transfer payments are available.
- Westminster Psychotherapy Ltd does not accept cheques for security reasons.
